The Community Development Authority (CDA) is planning a mixed-use development consisting of sixty apartments and 4,500 square feet of first-floor commercial space. The building is intended to be three-stories tall with underground parking and will incorporate high-quality design and building materials. The Village’s General Plan for Redevelopment envisions an “anchor” building at this location – a highly visible entryway to the downtown DeForest area.
