Redevelopment Projects

  • 424 N Main Street

    The CDA is planning a mixed-use development consisting of sixty apartments and 4,500 square feet of first-floor commercial space. The building is intended to be three-stories tall with underground parking and will incorporate high-quality design and building materials. The Village’s General Plan for Redevelopment envisions an “anchor” building at this location – a highly visible entryway to the downtown DeForest area.

  • 520 E. Holum Street

    JT Klein Company (JTK) is requesting a rezoning for the multi-parcel site currently located at 520 E Holum St. JTK believe that this site is a great location for workforce and affordable senior housing. The development will include two (2) senior buildings built over underground parking totaling 60 units, one (1) workforce building built over underground parking totaling 24 units, and eight (8) side by side, zero lot line duplex units.
