Resident feedback plays a crucial role in enhancing the safety and functionality of our community. With requests received from residents, the expanding trail system, and being identified as a concern in the 2022 Community Strategic Plan, on April 26, 2022 flashing pedestrian crosswalk signs were installed at the intersection of N Stevenson St/E North St (Cty V).

Addressing the concerns for a lighted crosswalk to be installed at N Stevenson St/E North St (Cty V) increases safety, fosters a more pedestrian-friendly environment and provides safe access to businesses, trails, and the dog park.

This successful collaboration demonstrates the importance of responsive governance and the positive impact it can have on the well-being of residents.
