  • Draft a Traditional Neighborhood Development ordinance that plans for an integrated, diverse mix of housing types.
  • Consider allowing first floor residential in mixed use buildings in downtown settings, where design requirements are met.
    • Mixed Use buildings are buildings that have both residential and commercial/office space in them.
  • Consider waivers to parking requirements for development that meets community priorities or allows for housing that is more affordable.
